Adoption Process Simply follow steps below to adopt a puppy from Memory Lake .......
FIRST
STEP - complete an application below and send it to us to tell
us about you and your lifestyle. You will be notified when your family
has been approved. Your family will receive updates when we have a confirmed
pregnancy and when litter is born.
SECOND STEP - once approved you may send a $200.00 non-refundable
deposit to reserve a puppy. When we receivce the deposit
your name will be added to our reserve list.
THIRD STEP - When our litter is born and there are say 8 puppies?…The
first 8 names on the reserved puppy list will be notified that a puppy
is available for you from the litter. You need to contact us immediately
and confirm that you will except one. Then an additional $300.00 deposit
will be due, all deposits are deducted from the purchase price. If you
choose not to except one from this litter, your name goes on the top of
the list for the next litter.
FOURTH STEP - When the puppies are tested at 6 wks. of age allocations
of puppies will take place and you will be notified by email along with
an updated picture of your new puppy, the balance of the purchase
price will be due within 7 days of this notice.
We are very aware of your desire to choose a pup by
their pictures and/or color but their looks will totally change as they
mature. You must remember these puppies will grow to become a member of
your family and their personalities and temperament should be the main
concern to match your families lifestyle.
We have daily interaction with the puppies from birth and are aware of
their personalities we will do our best to match the right puppy for your
families needs.
Under most circumstances all puppies will go home at
8 wks of age. A puppy may be held back from traveling if our vet believes
there is a need to wait an additional week, whatever the reason, you will
be notified. Our puppies well being comes first and we will not send puppies
to their new homes under 8 wks. of age under any circumstances, please
do not ask.
Our puppies are given the best possible start in life they are raised in our home and living in Florida they all get to enjoy going outside to play and begin outdoor potty training. We will post pictures for you to observe their growth, their environment and daily activities.

Shipping Information
Shipping is available if you live too far to pick up your
puppy in person. We have had only good experiences with receiving our
puppies that were shipped to us and shipping puppies to others. We will
use an airlines that care about pets and have temperature controlled space.
We will begin crate training at 6-7 wks old this gets puppies used to being in the crate for a flight and helps enormously to begin house training. We will also play recordings of airport and plane engine sounds to prepare the pups. Please continue to use this crate when you bring your puppy home, this helps with their transition and training. You will need a wire crate, so he can see more, and because he will grow fast. You can take the airline crate apart and just use the bottom part inside your wire crate and he will adjust to the new one easily. We also socialize our puppies to lots of different sounds inside and outside of home. This helps them adjust to the sounds in your home and should help reduce stress as they travel to their new family by car or plane.
Puppies
cannot and will not be shipped before 8 weeks of age. I will give you
the option of two shipping dates. Please keep your schedule open for the
week your puppy turns 8 weeks of age. Since I am the puppies guardian,
if my vet or myself believe your puppy is not ready for the trip, I will
hold them back for a week, because our puppies best interest comes first.
Cost of Shipping: $300.00
The cost includes: Shipping your puppy unattended in a climate controlled
cargo flight to an airport near you.
1. Health certificate for puppy to be allowed to fly.
2. Airline approved crate (which they have begun their crate training
in) along with food, water and an item that has his littermates scent
for security.
Your
Labradoodle puppy, can be escorted in the cabin of the plane with one
of our family members, to meet you at an airport near you. This will depend
on our schedule availability and the size of the puppy. Prices will vary
we will notify you the total amount before making any flight arrangements.
WE BELIEVE THE BEST BREEDING DOODLES ARE DOGS THAT ARE HEALTHY, HAPPY FAMILY MEMBERS, AND LIVE INSIDE A HOME WHERE THEY ARE PART OF THE FAMILY.
WE HAVE THREE FEMALES IN OUR HOME AND DO NOT BELIEVE WE COULD GIVE THEM THE SAME CARE AND ATTENTION IF WE ADDED MORE TO OUR OWN HOME.
WE HAVE TWO DOODLES THAT LIVE IN GUARDIAN HOMES OF OUR FRIENDS THAT ARE COMMITMETED TO THE SAME CARE, TRAINING, AND LOVE THAT WE PROVIDE FOR OUR OWN DOODLES. WE GET TOGETHER OFTEN AND THE DOGS KNOW US WELL.
THESE
DOODLES COME BACK TO US WHEN IT IS THEIR TIME TO HAVE A LITTER SO WE PROVIDE
THE SAME CARE, NUTRITION, SOCIALIZATION AND LOVE TO ALL PUPPIES RAISED
IN OUR HOME.
WE BELIEVE IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR PUPPIES TO BE RAISED THE FIRST
8 WEEKS IN OUR HOME WHERE THE ATMOSPHERE, SOUNDS, SMELLS, DAILY ACTIVITIES,
AND INTERACTION WITH FAMILY CAN TAKE PLACE AND NOT ISOLATED IN A KENNEL.

WHILE ALLOWING US TO PROVIDE MORE PUPPIES TO YOU.

OUR FEMALES CAN GET PLENTY OF REST AND CAN RETIRE YOUNG AND ENJOY A GOOD
LONG LIFE AS A SPOILED FAMILY PET. PLEASE UNDERSTAND VERY FEW FAMILIES
WILL BE ACCEPTED AS GUARDIAN HOMES.
